Ronaldo Sport Club Corinthians Paulista Nike 2008/09 Shirts Hit the Shops

In case you haven’t heard oft-injured Brazilian legend Ronaldo (also know as Il Fenomeno), 32, has agreeed to join Corinthians Paulista on a one year contract. Corinthians Paulista are one of Brazil’s biggest clubs and have just won promotion back to the top flight after one season in Serie B.

Ronaldo had been widely expected to sign for Flamengo, where he had been training for the last four months, and his move to Corinthians upset supporters of the Rio de Janeiro-based club, who burned photos of him after hearing the news.

Without much delay, Corinthians have launched hero club 2008/09 shirts bearing the name of their new signature player. Here’s the first set of images of these kits.
