St. Mirren FC hummel 2009/10 Home and Away Kits / Jerseys

Saint Mirren Football Club (commonly known by the shorter St. Mirren or by the nicknames; The Buddies and The Saints) is a Scottish professional football club based in Paisley, Renfrewshire. St. Mirren play in the Scottish Premier League, having been promoted from the First Division in 2005–06. St. Mirren have won the Scottish Cup three times in 1926, 1959 and 1987 and have played four times in European competition (UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup 1987–88 and the UEFA Cup 1980–81, 1983–84 and 1985–86).

Having recently avoided relegation from the SPL via an 11th place league finish, St. Mirren have proudly unveiled their hummel home and away kits for the 2009/10 season. Here’s a look at the Buddies’ 09/10 look.

Sierra Leone hummel 2009/10 Home Jersey / Kit

Save the Children Denmark (Red Barnet) had their annual collection in September 2008 in aid of the children in the country of Sierra Leone – one of the poorest places in the world.

Prior to the collection hummel offered a helping hand to Save the Children Denmark by donating 8% of the Sierra Leone national team jersey sales to the work carried out by Save the Children Denmark in the slum districts in Freetown, the capital of Sierra Leone.

Sierra Leone is best known as a poor country marked by years of civil warfare. However, at the same time it is also a football crazy country with a well-playing national football team for which hummel have now become official sponsor. The green and blue shirts worn by the ‘Leone Stars’ as they are called, will be sold in selected sports stores and through www.engodsag.dk in the beginning of 2009.
